Hollywood Red Carpet Wedding Theme - Lately I produced a red carpet event and thought I'd share some of our charity fundraising ideas with you. The event was for PCRM and like other red carpet events we create, many hours of planning went into creating this thriving charitable event. One of the primary nonprofit ideas was to make this nonprofit event stick out from the crowd since the charity was being introduced to a new audience on the West Coast. Therefore it was essential for this red carpet event to adhere to the highest level of professionalism in terms of service, food, and design.
We accomplished this by bringing in one of the greatest live TV show producers who subsequently assembled a top-rated manufacturing team making the television part of this event smooth. Other charity fundraising ideas we used to maintain our funding was supposed to create elegant floral structures at price and recycle the glass containers. We even used among the flowery designs from Budget Bash, that is to submerge a cymbidium orchid. Like most of other red carpet events, we put "asks" for sponsors for our bar.
Because this was a vegan nonprofit event we'd very strict parameters in relation to exactly what drinks we could serve but discovered generous sponsors for our spirits, beer, and wine. Other sponsors were kind enough to allow us "borrow" their recipes where the caterer generated our tasty three-course dinner menu. Additional nonprofit notions included our live and silent auction that also adhered to a vegan code to ensure our patrons weren't offended by what we provided to help raise capital.
We used lighting effectively as our main design element for this red carpet event in addition to vegan-friendly drape and linen. We incorporated our design elements from the save-the-date card in addition to the invitation to make our timeless yet elegant room décor. And what exactly are red carpet events without an after party? For this region of the event, we quickly transitioned our cocktail area to a nightclub with a white dance floor, white faux leather couches, and a vegan dessert station.
I hope you picked up a few nonprofit tips for your next nonprofit event. I learned a lot from producing this event particularly in terms of healthful eating habits and incorporating aspects of a vegan diet into my everyday routine.
