Red Carpet Navy Blue Dresses - Recently I made a red carpet event and thought I'd share some of our charity fundraising thoughts with you. The event was for PCRM and also like other red carpet events we create, lots of hours of preparation went into creating this successful charitable event. One of the primary nonprofit thoughts was to make this nonprofit event stand out from the audience since the charity was being released to a new audience on the West Coast. Therefore it was important for this particular red carpet event to adhere to the maximum degree of professionalism concerning food, service, and layout.
We achieved this by earning one of the greatest live TV show producers who in turn assembled a top-rated manufacturing team making the television part of this event seamless. Other charity fundraising thoughts we used to maintain our budget was supposed to create elegant floral structures at price and recycle the glass containers. We even used one of those flowery designs out of Budget Bash, which is to submerge a cymbidium orchid. Like most of other red carpet events, we put "asks" for patrons for our pub.
Because this is a vegan nonprofit event we'd very strict parameters in relation to what beverages we could function but discovered generous patrons for our liquor, beer, and wine. Other patrons were kind enough to allow us "borrow" their recipes in which the caterer created our delicious three-course dinner menu. Additional nonprofit notions included our live and silent auction which also adhered to a vegan code to ensure our patrons were not offended by what we provided to help raise capital.
We used light effectively as our main design component with this red carpet event as well as vegan-friendly drape and linen. We incorporated our design elements in the save-the-date card as well as the invitation to create our timeless yet tasteful room décor. And what exactly are red carpet events with no after party? For this region of the event, we quickly transitioned our cocktail room to a nightclub with a white dance floor, white faux leather couches, and a vegan dessert channel.
I hope you picked up a few nonprofit tips for your next nonprofit event. I learned a lot from making this event especially concerning healthful eating habits and incorporating facets of a vegan diet into my everyday routine.
