Red And Blue Oriental Carpet - Lately I made a red carpet event and thought I would share a few of our charity fundraising thoughts with you. The event was for PCRM and also like other red carpet events we create, lots of hours of planning went into creating this successful nonprofit event. One of the primary nonprofit thoughts was to make this nonprofit event stand out from the audience since the charity was being released to a new audience on the West Coast. Thus it was essential for this particular red carpet event to adhere to the maximum level of professionalism in terms of food, service, and design.
We achieved this by bringing in one of the greatest live TV show producers who subsequently assembled a top-rated manufacturing team making the tv part of this event smooth. Other charity fundraising thoughts we used to maintain our funding was supposed to create elegant floral structures at cost and recycle the glass containers. We even used among the flowery designs from Budget Bash, that will be to submerge a cymbidium orchid. Like most of other red carpet events, we placed "asks" for patrons for our pub.
Since this is a vegan nonprofit event we had very strict parameters in relation to what drinks we could serve but discovered generous patrons for our liquor, beer, and wine. Other patrons were kind enough to allow us "borrow" their recipes where the caterer generated our tasty three-course dinner menu. Additional nonprofit notions comprised our live and silent auction that stuck to a vegan code to ensure our patrons were not offended by what we provided to help raise funds.
We used lighting efficiently as our main design component with this red carpet event in addition to vegan-friendly drape and linen. We integrated our design elements in the save-the-date card in addition to the invitation to make our timeless yet elegant room décor. And what are red carpet events without an after party? For this region of the event, we immediately transitioned our cocktail area to a nightclub with a white dance flooring, white faux leather sofas, and a vegan dessert channel.
Additional charity fundraising ideas included sleek modern-looking informational kiosks to help translate, explain and encourage the charity's mission statement. I learned a lot from producing this event particularly in terms of healthy eating habits and incorporating aspects of a vegetarian diet into my everyday routine. Until next time, remember the Budget Bash mantra: make it easy, delicious, stylish, enjoyable & economical whatsoever!
