Red Carpet Party Food - Lately I made a red carpet event and thought I'd share a few of our charity fundraising thoughts with you. The event was for PCRM and like other red carpet events we create, many hours of preparation went into creating this successful charitable event. One of the primary nonprofit thoughts was to create this nonprofit event stick out from the crowd since the charity was being released to a new audience on the West Coast. Thus it was essential for this particular red carpet event to adhere to the highest degree of professionalism concerning service, food, and layout.
We achieved this by earning one of the greatest live TV show manufacturers who subsequently assembled a top-rated manufacturing team making the tv portion of this event smooth. Other charity fundraising thoughts we used to keep our budget was supposed to create elegant floral structures at cost and recycle the glass containers. We even used among those floral designs out of Budget Bash, which is to submerge a cymbidium orchid. Like all other red carpet events, we put "asks" for sponsors for our bar.
Since this is a vegan nonprofit event we'd quite strict parameters in terms of what beverages we could function but discovered generous sponsors for our liquor, beer, and wine. Other sponsors were kind enough to let us "borrow" their recipes in which the caterer generated our delicious three-course dinner menu. Additional nonprofit notions included our silent and live auction which also adhered to a vegan code to make sure our patrons weren't offended from that which we offered to help raise capital.
We utilized lighting efficiently as our main design element with this red carpet event as well as vegan-friendly drape and linen. We integrated our design elements in the save-the-date card as well as the invitation to create our classic yet elegant room décor. And what exactly are red carpet events without an after party? For this part of the event, we immediately transitioned our cocktail room to a nightclub with a white dance flooring, white faux leather sofas, and a vegan dessert channel.
Added charity fundraising ideas contained sleek modern-looking informational kiosks to help interpret, explain and encourage the charity's mission statement. I hope you picked up a couple of nonprofit tips for your next nonprofit event. I learned a great deal from making this event particularly concerning healthful eating habits and integrating aspects of a vegan diet into my everyday routine.
