A Red Carpet Welcome Idiom - Lately I made a red carpet event and thought I would share some of our charity fundraising ideas with you. The occasion was for PCRM and like other red carpet events we create, many hours of preparation went into creating this successful nonprofit event. Among the main nonprofit ideas was to create this nonprofit event stick out from the audience since the charity was being introduced to a new audience on the West Coast. Thus it was important for this particular red carpet event to adhere to the highest level of professionalism in terms of service, food, and layout.
We accomplished this by earning one of the greatest live TV show manufacturers who subsequently constructed a top-rated manufacturing team making the tv part of this occasion smooth. Other charity fundraising ideas we used to keep our funding was supposed to create elegant floral structures at price and recycle the glass containers. We even used one of those floral designs from Budget Bash, that is to submerge a cymbidium orchid. Like all other red carpet events, we placed "asks" for sponsors for our bar.
Since this is a vegan nonprofit event we'd quite strict parameters in relation to what beverages we could function but discovered generous sponsors for our spirits, beer, and wine. Other sponsors were kind enough to allow us "borrow" their recipes in which the caterer generated our delicious three-course dinner menu. Additional nonprofit ideas included our live and silent auction that also adhered to a vegan code to ensure our patrons were not offended by what we offered to help raise funds.
We used lighting efficiently as our principal design element with this red carpet event in addition to vegan-friendly drape and linen. We integrated our design components in the save-the-date card in addition to the invitation to make our timeless yet tasteful room décor. And what exactly are red carpet events with no after party? For this region of the occasion, we immediately transitioned our cocktail area into a nightclub with a white dance floor, white faux leather sofas, and a vegan dessert channel.
I learned a lot from producing this occasion particularly in terms of healthy eating habits and incorporating aspects of a vegetarian diet into my regular routine. Until next time, remember the Budget Bash mantra: make it simple, delicious, trendy, enjoyable & economical whatsoever!
