Red Carpet Car Wash - Recently I produced a red carpet event and thought I'd share a few of our charity fundraising thoughts with you. The event was for PCRM and like other red carpet events we produce, lots of hours of planning went into making this successful nonprofit event. Among the primary nonprofit thoughts was to make this nonprofit event stick out from the crowd since the charity was being released to a new audience on the West Coast. Therefore it was essential for this particular red carpet event to adhere to the highest degree of professionalism concerning service, food, and layout.
We accomplished this by earning one of the greatest live TV show manufacturers who subsequently assembled a top-rated manufacturing team making the television part of this event smooth. Other charity fundraising thoughts we used to keep our funding was supposed to create elegant floral structures at cost and recycle the glass containers. We even used among those floral designs out of Budget Bash, which will be to submerge a cymbidium orchid. Like most of other red carpet events, we put "asks" for patrons for our bar.
Since this is a vegan nonprofit event we had quite strict parameters in relation to what drinks we could function but found generous patrons for our spirits, beer, and wine. Other patrons were kind enough to let us "borrow" their recipes in which the caterer created our tasty three-course dinner menu. Additional nonprofit notions included our live and silent auction which stuck to a vegan code to make sure our patrons were not offended from what we provided to help raise funds.
We used lighting effectively as our principal design element for this red carpet event as well as vegan-friendly drape and linen. We incorporated our design elements in the save-the-date card as well as the invitation to make our timeless yet tasteful room décor. And what exactly are red carpet events with no after party? For this region of the event, we quickly transitioned our cocktail room to a nightclub with a white dance floor, white faux leather sofas, and a vegan dessert channel.
Added charity fundraising ideas included sleek modern-looking informational kiosks to help translate, explain and support the charity's mission statement. I hope you picked up a couple of nonprofit tips for your next nonprofit event. I learned a lot from making this event especially concerning healthful eating habits and integrating facets of a vegetarian diet into my regular routine. Until the next time, remember the Budget Bash mantra: make it easy, delicious, stylish, enjoyable & economical whatsoever!
