Red Carpet Ideas For A Birthday Party - Recently I made a red carpet event and thought I'd share some of our charity fundraising thoughts with you. The event was for PCRM and also like other red carpet events we produce, lots of hours of preparation went into making this successful charitable event. One of the primary nonprofit thoughts was to create this nonprofit event stand out from the audience since the charity was being released to a new audience on the West Coast. Thus it was important for this red carpet event to adhere to the maximum degree of professionalism in terms of service, food, and layout.
We achieved this by earning one of the top live TV show producers who subsequently constructed a top-rated production team making the television portion of this event seamless. Other charity fundraising thoughts we used to keep our funding was supposed to create elegant floral arrangements at cost and recycle the glass containers. We even used one of those flowery designs from Budget Bash, which is to submerge a cymbidium orchid. Like most of other red carpet events, we placed "asks" for sponsors for our pub.
Because this was a vegan nonprofit event we'd quite strict parameters in relation to exactly what beverages we could serve but discovered generous sponsors for our spirits, beer, and wine. Other sponsors were kind enough to let us "borrow" their recipes in which the caterer generated our delicious three-course dinner menu. Additional nonprofit notions comprised our silent and live auction which stuck to a vegan code to make sure our patrons were not offended by that which we provided to help raise capital.
We used lighting efficiently as our principal design element with this red carpet event in addition to vegan-friendly drape and linen. We integrated our design components in the save-the-date card in addition to the invitation to create our classic yet elegant room décor. And what are red carpet events with no after party? For this region of the event, we quickly transitioned our cocktail area into a nightclub with a white dance flooring, white faux leather couches, and a vegan dessert station.
Additional charity fundraising ideas contained sleek modern-looking informational kiosks to help interpret, explain and support the charity's mission statement. I learned a lot from making this event especially in terms of healthy eating habits and integrating aspects of a vegetarian diet into my everyday routine. Until the next time, remember the Budget Bash mantra: make it easy, delicious, stylish, fun & economical to all!
