Red Stair Carpet Runner - Recently I produced a red carpet event and thought I would share a few of our charity fundraising thoughts with you. The occasion was for PCRM and like other red carpet events we produce, lots of hours of preparation went into making this successful charitable event. Among the primary nonprofit thoughts was to make this nonprofit event stick out from the audience since the charity was being introduced to a new audience on the West Coast. Therefore it was important for this red carpet event to adhere to the highest degree of professionalism concerning food, service, and design.
We accomplished this by bringing in one of the greatest live TV show manufacturers who subsequently constructed a top-rated production team making the television portion of this occasion smooth. Other charity fundraising thoughts we used to keep our budget was supposed to create elegant floral arrangements at cost and recycle the glass containers. We even used one of the floral designs out of Budget Bash, which will be to submerge a cymbidium orchid. Like all other red carpet events, we placed "asks" for patrons for our pub.
Because this is a vegan nonprofit event we had very strict parameters in relation to what beverages we could serve but found generous patrons for our liquor, beer, and wine. Other patrons were kind enough to allow us "borrow" their recipes where the caterer created our tasty three-course dinner menu. Additional nonprofit ideas comprised our silent and live auction which stuck to a vegan code to make sure our patrons were not offended from that which we offered to help raise capital.
We used light effectively as our principal design component for this red carpet event as well as vegan-friendly drape and linen. We incorporated our design elements in the save-the-date card as well as the invitation to create our classic yet elegant room décor. And what exactly are red carpet events with no after party? For this part of the occasion, we immediately transitioned our cocktail room into a nightclub with a white dance flooring, white faux leather sofas, and a vegan dessert channel.
I hope you picked up a couple of nonprofit ideas for your next nonprofit event. I learned a lot from making this occasion particularly concerning healthy eating habits and incorporating aspects of a vegetarian diet into my regular routine.
