Hottest Red Carpet Dresses 2012 - Recently I made a red carpet event and thought I'd share some of our charity fundraising ideas with you. The occasion was for PCRM and like other red carpet events we create, many hours of planning went into creating this successful charitable event. One of the main nonprofit ideas was to create this nonprofit event stand out from the audience since the charity was being released to a new audience on the West Coast. Thus it was essential for this particular red carpet event to adhere to the maximum level of professionalism concerning service, food, and layout.
We accomplished this by earning one of the greatest live TV show producers who in turn assembled a top-rated production team making the tv part of this occasion smooth. Other charity fundraising ideas we used to keep our budget was to create elegant floral arrangements at cost and recycle the glass containers. We even used one of those flowery designs from Budget Bash, that will be to submerge a cymbidium orchid. Like all other red carpet events, we put "asks" for sponsors for our pub.
Since this was a vegan nonprofit event we had quite strict parameters in terms of exactly what drinks we could function but discovered generous sponsors for our liquor, beer, and wine. Other sponsors were kind enough to let us "borrow" their recipes in which the caterer created our tasty three-course dinner menu. Additional nonprofit notions included our silent and live auction that stuck to a vegan code to ensure our patrons weren't offended from that which we provided to help raise funds.
We used light efficiently as our main design component for this red carpet event in addition to vegan-friendly drape and linen. We incorporated our design components in the save-the-date card in addition to the invitation to make our classic yet tasteful room décor. And what exactly are red carpet events without an after party? For this part of the occasion, we immediately transitioned our cocktail area into a nightclub with a white dance floor, white faux leather couches, and a vegan dessert station.
I hope you picked up a few nonprofit ideas for your next nonprofit event. I learned a great deal from producing this occasion especially concerning healthful eating habits and integrating facets of a vegetarian diet into my regular routine. Until the next time, remember the Budget Bash mantra: make it simple, delicious, trendy, fun & economical whatsoever!
