Red Carpet Inn Nj - Recently I produced a red carpet event and thought I would share some of our charity fundraising ideas with you. The event was for PCRM and also like other red carpet events we produce, lots of hours of preparation went into creating this thriving charitable event. One of the primary nonprofit ideas was to make this nonprofit event stick out from the audience since the charity was being introduced to a new audience on the West Coast. Therefore it was important for this particular red carpet event to adhere to the maximum level of professionalism in terms of service, food, and design.
We achieved this by earning one of the greatest live TV show producers who in turn assembled a top-rated production team making the television part of this event seamless. Other charity fundraising ideas we used to keep our funding was to create elegant floral structures at cost and recycle the glass containers. We even used among those floral designs out of Budget Bash, that will be to submerge a cymbidium orchid. Like all other red carpet events, we placed "asks" for patrons for our bar.
Because this is a vegan nonprofit event we'd very strict parameters in terms of what drinks we could function but found generous patrons for our spirits, beer, and wine. Other patrons were kind enough to let us "borrow" their recipes in which the caterer created our delicious three-course dinner menu. Additional nonprofit notions included our live and silent auction that stuck to a vegan code to make sure our patrons were not offended from what we offered to help raise funds.
We utilized lighting efficiently as our main design component for this red carpet event in addition to vegan-friendly drape and linen. We integrated our design elements from the save-the-date card in addition to the invitation to make our timeless yet tasteful room décor. And what are red carpet events without an after party? For this region of the event, we quickly transitioned our cocktail area into a nightclub with a white dance floor, white faux leather sofas, and a vegan dessert station.
Added charity fundraising ideas included sleek modern-looking informational kiosks to help translate, explain and support the charity's mission statement. I learned a lot from making this event particularly in terms of healthful eating habits and integrating aspects of a vegetarian diet into my everyday routine. Until the next time, remember the Budget Bash mantra: make it easy, delicious, trendy, fun & economical whatsoever!
